Our organic alcoholic delight

After a long wait, our Wipfelzipfel is available again!

Our Wipfelzipfel is a natural schnapps liqueur made from spruce cornetops, juniper schnapps or gin and other high-quality ingredients. It is a 600-year-old family recipe, which we brought back to life in 2018. The May tops are collected every year towards the end of May in our own hunting grounds and then processed by a distillery in Bohemia.

In 1812, Baron František Hildprandt built a sugar factory near Blatná Castle, which was converted into a distillery in 1885. High-quality distillates of unrivalled excellence have been produced there ever since. The owner families Hildprandt and Colloredo-Mansfeld have been friends for a long time. It was therefore an obvious choice to have the Wipfel Zipfel distillery produce the famous castle distillery.  

The fine spirit is bottled in elegant apothecary bottles with wooden corks, which are perfect for decorative purposes or for bottling your own drinks.
