In 1992, Hubert Müller-Bauer laid the foundations for Hubertus GmbH (then MB-Filze). He started with hand-felted hats and cushions, with a philosophy that remains the same today: working with premium loden and felt made from 100% sheep wool, in-house craftsmanship, innovations based on natural materials, thorough testing, and a personal approach to customers.

Since 2018, the company has been led by the Colloredo-Mansfeld family, continuing the tradition with a modern approach. A reorganization took place, new and improved products were developed, the range expanded through the acquisition of Halali & Co., and in 2022 the company was renamed hubertusloden GmbH. With a new logo and a modern online shop, we offer customers greater convenience, new features, and options, while the quality and philosophy remain the same as at the beginning.
